Happy New Year everyone.  January 4th’s meeting was short and to the point. We had 12 members attending with one guest. To start off with, meeting notes from the last meeting were read and approved. Next was the banking, with only one to do was buy stamps for the month.

1. Your Pres. For 2017 is Don Eckford, Vic. Pres. Is Steve Dalgliesh, and Sec./Tres. Brenda Heckman.

1. Cleaning trails will start in April this year with Big Canyon and Kirkwood. Don will be getting ahold of Cathy C. about the spraying. Both trails are in need of it. We wanted to last year. But just could not make the connection with her.  As for working on the trails, that will be determined by the snow this year.
2. First Fun Ride of the year will be March 5th to Pittsburg Landing the Hamburger BBQ. This will be open to the public. With asking the members to bring a dish to share. The club will provide the Hamburgers/Hot dogs and the trimmings for those. We will also have a 50/50 drawing.
3. Some NEW rides  were brought up after we get the other trails open in May and June.  The places are Lost Lake in July or Aug., Cold Springs in July, Goose Creek in July and Clearwater -Avery in the summer sum time.
4. Let’s not forget the Fun Ride at Fish Creek June 10th.
5. We are moving forward at Turtle speed on the Hot Spot/show-shine. Each month we add another component. We are inviting more and more people to join us on May 20th.
6. At this time we have nothing from the Forest Service on trail work or Travel plan.
7. At this time we were hoping for Steve to be here to bring us up to speed on the Wallowa Snake River Project.  Brenda gave some reading matereal on the project to Don to go over and look at the maps.
8. Don will also be going to a Forest Service Meeting on the 10th for up the Main Salmon.

For those of you that have the internet please make sure you are signed into the  Idahopathfinders.org website. There will be several updates coming soon from other organization that I will be reposting for us. Some of it, is what is going on down in southern Idaho and McCall area.
