Idaho Pathfinders March Meeting 2014

I like a lion out like a lamb. Isn’t that the saying.  Well the Lion is here. So maybe the lamb will come spring break at the end of the month. Please oh Please.

Quick and to the point was the shortness of this meeting.

1. BBQ ride to Pittsburg Landing      MARCH 16th. No sign in time, or return time Serving Hamburgers @ Pittsburg Landing from 1-2:30. Cost $5.00 per person. We are asking members to bring a dish to share.  (BYOD) Take the Drive or ride and come and see us. We will have the T-Shirts and hats there, along with membership forms over there.  Marie will have the 50/50 tickets for sale.

    3. Roger will be coming up with  prices for the sticker. Voted passed on either 4×4 or 3×5. They will be in either black/white or color, depending on the price.  At the next meeting we will be deciding.
    4. BLM comment period ending  March 14th. The club has had two meetings to go over maps of trails in our area. We will be meeting one more time between now and then.  The maps are hard to read on either the paper or internet style. But the BLM ground  a lot of it is land locked by private property and a lot of little areas. So that is a big      concern to us. Is there an easement to it?? That is something we will need  to find out.
    5. Last thing we talked about the connecting trails in Hungry Ridge area. Bob Hafer and Don Eckford brought up some routs that will have to be WALKed with Josh to see if it  can be done. If it can be then this will a piece for the North South  trail. YAH!!  Bob will be getting  some paper work that we as the club sill have to comment on. Purpose and  Need.
