Happy September everyone!!.  Last meeting was called to order September 7, 2016 @ 7:10pm.  There was 12 members seated. It was quick and to the point. And over by 7:46pm.

1. Ride to Avery  we are needing a quick response if anyone is going. This would be for the 1 & 2 of October.  At this point there is only 3 sets of members showing interest.  If this is the case the 3 sets of members might change the date to suit them  better.  (When they decide to go, they would  just due a quick call out if anyone is interested at that time.)  Please let us know if you are planning to go on the 1 & 2 of October.  839-2303 or [email protected] And we will keep that date.

1. The Forest Service has signed us up again with an umbrella work agreement for 2016-2017 work years. At this time they have one small project for us and maybe  two more for 2017. This would be a good thing.

At this time if you have any concerns about a trail that you would like us to comment on. Please  let us know. Trail # , the concern and where at on the trail.  (Two miles from the rock pit  is a root wod that needs taken out trail ##)

1. For 2017 we are trying to come up with a few things for the club to do that might me interesting. I will pass them by you and see what you think.  Please we want feed back!! 839-2303 or [email protected]

• We are looking at wanting to do another Fun Run like we did a couple of years ago. ‘With Games of Skill at the check stations.”  First we need to decide where to have it. What trails would you like to see it happen on? We have done them in the past at McComas Meadows and on the Centennial trail . Second is there anyone out there would be willing to help with a check station? What month is better to do it??

• What about doing a, “What is new for OHV show and Shine in the Spring? ” We would invite the Dealers around to bring new out, put on an OHV training course for those that want, members/ohv users bring out their toys to show off all the cool things they have done, and the final thing would do a swop sale.  For us this would be a membership drive and BBQ.

• And last but not least we are looking for rides for 2017. Some people are looking for new places to ride around the area. The far off places we love as well. But some people like closer better.

1. At this time the board and a few members at the meeting are looking for ideas and help. We want more for the club then just cleaning and maintaining trails. Out of all the members we have, somebody has to have some new ideas. If you can’t make a meeting, give a call or e-mail us with your idea.
