We held our club meeting on July 5th at the Trails Restaurant in Grangeville.
We covered our Treasurer report and bills to be paid and was approved.
The only correspondence we have had is the RSVP emails coming back in for the Milner Trail club ride. At the time of writing this we are up to 41 people attending.
In Old Business
- Milner Trail update (commissioners meeting): The commissioners are no longer riding the trail and will be visiting 2 locations. Whitebird Station and Adams Camp. They will start with Whitebird Station @ 9am. Todd has made some buttons for us to wear that will be attending and we will have them available at the meeting.
- Milner Trail club ride and date is set for July 16th, leaving at 9am from Fish Creek. We plan to ride to “end of pavement” (Boulder Creek) and come back to the Fish Creek Pavilion somewhere between 2-3pm and cook up burger and hotdogs. Hope to see you there!
- We have set some dates for rides!
- Cleaning Trails Ride July 19th meet at Todd’s Office @ 7am or contact Todd if you plan on meeting up on the trail.
- Falls Point Ride August 26th– More info to follow, after August meeting.
- Coolwater Ride September 16th– More info to follow, after August meeting.
- Trail Ranger Program, submitted to F.S. -no response yet, first aid course is done, no date yet for saw certification course.
- We now have club insurance!
- Move banking to P1FCU – tabled till Aug. meeting
