July’s Newsletter 2017

Hope everyone is having a good summer. When it decided to stop raining it did and turned off HOT!! Everyone stay safe and drink lots of water.

July’s meeting was short and to the point. Twenty-five min. and we were done.

The Trail Ranger Program is done for the year. All the trails have been opened up and brushed out. Thank you to the following people for working on the trails: Ed and Donna P., Larry and Britta W., Greg W, Don E, Rick L., Del H., Nick C. , Les S. and Fred U. Some of the trails were opened up by the miners or clam owners in the Florence area. Thank you, this made it a little easier on our crews.

A few of the members have been riding other areas like Elk City and McCall area. And are reporting trails are opened up.

So at this time everybody head for the higher country, were it might be a little cooler.

At this time the Contract work is on hold till this fall. Right now it is to hot and dry.
