Off-Highway Vehicle Law Enforcement Funded by ATV Reg. Fees

A modified Senate Bill 1358 was introduced recently that would raise the Motorbike/ATV Registration by $3. That fee would be put into a Law Enforcement Fund. Click this link for more details: http://legislature.idaho.gov/legislation/2010/S1358.htm
