March 2016 Newsletter IPA

Happy March everyone. I think a lot of people are taking advantage of the nice weather and riding. During the week and weekends I see OHV’s on trailers headed down the road. Some riding is going on somewhere.

Jordan Valley ride was planned for May 19-23 But Unfortunately the Jordan Valley Rodeo is that weekend. And Jordan Valley is full up. So we will have to move it to another date. We are looking at June 4th. We will discuss it at the next meeting. If you have a comment or concern you can call or e-mail it in on this ride. (And yes you will be in OR. So you will need to have the OHV card. If you need the class please give a call. We will be setting up classes in White Bird, Grangeville, and Cottonwood, as people call in. )
Steak Ride down by White Bird on July 16-17th. If you know you are coming please don’t forget to RSVP by June’s Meeting on the 1st. So we know how many to order.
5. Costco Card we will renew again. Do to all the rides we put on to feed with along with the steaks for the rides.
6. Travel Plan is out for review. The club will begetting together on March 7 at the White Bird Area Recreation Dist. 6:00pm Building to go over map, book and closures. We have less then 45 days to put in our comments.
7. Next meeting will be April 6th at the White Bird Area Recreation Dist. 7:00pm.
8. Voted and passed that all the meetings are going to be moved to the Recreation Dist. It will be quieter and warmer/cooler there. Still at 7:00am the first Wed. of every month unless it falls on a Holiday. Then it is the next Wed. But I will be post in the newsletter prier.
9. OOPs I made a mistake at the meeting on the amount of people we fed at Pittsburge. We fed 57 people, Brought in $309 for the hambergers, The 50/50 tickets $162 devide that in half so the club gained $81. And for Memberships 4 renewels and two new.
