Appreciation BBQ This Saturday August 9th

Up and coming this Saturday is our Idaho Pathfinders Association “APPRECIATION BBQ” in the Grangeville Pioneer Park by the pool.

Most importantly, we wish to extend BIG THANKS to our community, especially for donations, sponsors and attendees at our March 1st 2025 Banquet and Auction at the Elks Club. Without your generous support, we would be unable to continue our primary MISSION of Idaho Pathfinders Association: “Working to keep trails open for the public”.

Please join us this Saturday:
WHEN:
August 9th, Starts at 5pm.

Idaho Pathfinders Association will be cooking Hamburgers and Hot Dogs and some sides. Here are details of what is provided:

Potato Salad and Macaroni Salad.
Chips and Condiments
We are asking members to bring a side dish or dessert.
Plates and napkins
Bring chairs and beverages.

Social hour starts at 5:00pm and the club will begin to cook before 6:00pm.

We will also have a table setup for new memberships. See below to learn more about how your membership works for our community.

We have scheduled our annual MEMBERS ONLY Milner trail ride with additional details coming closer to the event. The date was scheduled last night at our meeting for Saturday September 13th.

For just $25 per year for a family membership, and $20 for a single membership, your support of Idaho Pathfinders Association means so much more than you might realize. Here are a few examples of how your membership dollars help to support our work to keep trail open:

PROTECT AND DEFEND AS A COLLECTIVE VOICE

Your membership counts towards a larger and more powerful VOICE when the need arises to protect and defend our citizen rights against trail closures or compromise.

ENJOYMENT OF OUR TRAIL SYSTEM

For all recreational users of public lands, getting outdoors and enjoying the magnificent wonders of our trail system in our Central Idaho region and throughout the Nezperce Clearwater National Forest, is a truly, rare privilege.

Many of are likely not aware that the Idaho Pathfinders members also have been clearing trails each early summer since the club was launched in 1999. Members gather on trails to remove debris, fallen trees, rocks, etc from the public trails that are so enjoyed by families and friends. We need to recruit some younger folks who are able to help in that endeavor.

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday August 9th at the City Park in Grangeville. 5pm
