As of Wed. Morning House Bill 75 passed. This has to do with nonresident OHV fee. It goes to the Governor’s desk for the signature, Which is to be expected.

Senate also passed H24 and H90, to eliminate the weight limit on UTV’s and exend the width limit on ATVs and UTVs.

Unfortunately the Senate rejected H74 , intended to clean up the sticker process.
